- to participate in service planning or changes & then abide by the plan
- to express preferences & seek understanding of your role in treatment
- to keep the confidentiality of others
- to ask for privacy while respecting the privacy of others
- to ask staff to help you with your rights
- to appropriately voice your concerns and seek resolution
