The Human Resources department provides a variety of services designed to enhance employee recruitment, retention and performance, and to ensure the Agency is always appropriately staffed. Services include benefits administration, employee relations’ assistance, performance management coaching and consultation, and compensation analysis.

BRBH provides a referral bonus
program to encourage employees to refer qualified candidates for employment.
The agency will pay an employee a $500 referral bonus if a referred
candidate is hired into a full-time or part-time position, provided the new
hire remains successfully employed through the first six months of their
provisionary period. The referral bonus is subject to all applicable taxes.

Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare will

of employment is contingent upon satisfactory background checks that are
conducted through The Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry of the
Virginia Department of Social Services and other social services
departments, the Virginia State Police or the state police of the
applicant's former state(s) of residence, and the Central Criminal
Records Exchange of the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
